    • Help selecting finishes, fabrics, and furnishings.

    • Optional photo-quality 3D renderings to visualize your design.

    • Referral to trusted builders or collaboration with your contractor to oversee the project.

    • Pricing: Flat fee based on the size and complexity of your project.

Furnishing Refresh & Styling

  • If you want to update your space with new furnishings, this service is for you. It’s also perfect for realtors needing staging advice for listing photos, open houses, or showings.

    • Floor plans focused on furniture placement and traffic flow.

    • Concept boards to guide style and color choices.

    • Sourcing, purchasing, receiving, and storage of furniture and decor items.

    • Final installation including furniture arrangement and styling.

    • Pricing: Flat fee per room, depending on number of items sourced and cosmetic updates (like wallpaper, lighting fixtures, or built-ins).

Virtual Consulting

    • 60-minute session (virtual or in-person) with Katie.

    • Get answers to all your interior design, styling, or renovation questions.

    • Practical, personalized advice you can use right away.

    • Pricing: Hourly flat fee per session.
